ETS2  Special Track on Emerging Test Solutions

ETS2 is a new initiative to be held for the first time during ETS2014. The ETS2 sessions will focus on pragmatic issues and potential solutions in the broad area of test, viewed from an industrial perspective. Each session includes some informal (industrial) presentations, as introduction for the discussion amongst the speakers and with the audience. Companies that have in principle agreed to participate and to do the introductory presentations include Aptasic, AMD, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Huawei, Mediatek, Mentor Graphics, Optimaltest, PDF Solutions, Salland Engineering, Testonica. More companies may join.
